You're not sure what you'll get for your place.
You haven't had a chance to talk to a mortgage specialist yet.
These are all excuses that I would make to talk myself out of buying right now.

Your home's listing needs to be so compelling it's impossible for buyer's to ignore it.
It's not staging or even remembering to close all the toilet seats.
But when you get it right, our shrinking pool of picky buyers will suddenly develop a collective fear of FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out).

This year's September shakeup victim was my 15 year old son. I'm not normally that Mom who goes in and makes the kids' beds, or picks up their laundry. They're expected to take care of that stuff themselves.But eventually it all becomes too much...
